Parameters

The parameters available for customization by the administrator are located at Menu > servicemenu > Syndicate.

The following parameters are available to the administrator:

  • Number of items to show: This parameter specifies the number of items to show, by default this is set to 15
  • Title for ATOM channel: This parameter specifies the title for the ATOM Channel
  • Author for ATOM channel: This parameter specifies the author of the ATOM Channel
  • Email address for ATOM channel: This parameter specifies the email address for the ATOM Channel, a valid alternative would be using noreply@example.com when the administrator does not want an email address in the ATOM feed
  • RSS 2.0 enabled: This parameter specifies whether RSS 2.0 is enabled or not
  • ATOM 1.0 enabled: This parameter specifies whether ATOM 1.0 is enabled or not
  • RSS 1.0 enabled: This parameter specifies whether RSS 1.0 is enabled or not
  • Default feed type: This parameter specifies what the default feed type is. The default feed type can be:
    • RSS 2.0
    • ATOM 1.0
    • RSS 1.0
